We will ensure any expenses submitted are allowable against a pre agreed schedule, corresponding to your policy and budget. We summarise activity in a report and provide your HR department with detailed records facilitating completion of p11D's.

Hotels are costly and do not provide the space or privacy needed to create an atmosphere conducive to both work and relaxation. We provide two alternatives:

• Serviced Apartments & Houses
  Each property is designed and furnished to the very highest specification, to provide maximum comfort, a temporary 'home between homes'.
• Short Term Rental
  Most large relocation companies use corporate providers, this is simple but expensive. We source quality short term rentals from the private sector, supply is greater, therefore rental levels are significantly less.

Search brief
We listen and build a bespoke brief based on their requirements, budget and area preferences. We manage expectations, advise on areas, rental levels and local amenities, in fact anything that is important to your employee. We undertake accompanied ‘orientation tours’ or can supply a bespoke tour on DVD, see below.



The search for a property
We understand it is extremely frustrating and time consuming to find, that on viewing, a property is somewhat different from how it has been presented by the agent. We view any potential matches and report independently and objectively, with additional photographs.

Accompanied viewings
At your employees convenience, we organise and accompany viewings of all shortlisted properties. We will provide detailed directions to the property or, if required, arrange a collection and return service.

Negotiation
The agent is duty bound to get the highest rental for his clients. We deal with those negotiations and secure the property at the lowest possible monthly cost and best terms.

Services on the day of moving
We collect the keys and meet your employee at the property where we ‘walk them through’ their new home and explain anything they need to know to feel settled.

Initial consultation

The search for a property
We believe our contacts for finding a property in the South East (UK) are unrivalled. These include estate agents; developers; surveyors and private contacts - many properties, particularly in the hamlets of Sussex, never come onto the open market.

We understand it is frustrating and time-consuming, travelling some distance to view, only to find the property differs from the agents details. We view all potential matches, frequently up to 25 properties and provide an independent, objective appraisal and supplementary photos of each property. If circumstances do not allow for an immediate viewing, we can commission a dvd of the property and immediate surrounding area.


Preparation of a shortlist
We organise and accompany all viewings, at your employees' convenience, and can arrange for clients to be taken to and from viewings. We continue to search, with each shortlist being increasingly focused, until we locate the right home.


Negotiation of the purchase price
The estate agent works for the seller and is duty bound to get the highest price for his clients' property - we redress the balance back in your favour! We research recent sales prices and local market trends to establish the correct value. Together, we formulate and execute a strategy for securing the property at the lowest possible price. After 19 years, we are familiar with all the ’tactics’ estate agents may use, accordingly we deal with all negotiations.


Proactive assistance with the process of purchasing
The house buying process in the U.K. is complex and fraught with potential problems. We source the trusted specialists needed, our consultant will explain the process and be available 24 hours a day to advise. We undertake full progressing, proactively managing, liaising with and co-ordinating all the parties involved. We provide regular progress reports.


After sales care
We will organise a full removal service and set up utility suppliers at the new house. On the day of moving we collect the keys, meet your employee at the property and walk them through their new home and its services

A tour includes viewing homes corresponding to their budget, an introduction to local schools and a preliminary cultural orientation, if required.
